Established in 1979, İzmir Turizm İnşaat ve Tic. A.Ş., with years of experience and uncompromising principles, has accomplished many successful Residential and Commercial projects. Our family company, which was founded by the civil engineer Özer YAPAN, has been continuing its activities for the last 15 years with the active participation of his son, Architect Levent YAPAN.
The desire to escape from the stress and intensity of the city in the 1990s, İzmir Turizm İnşaat ve Tic. A.Ş. to the construction of detached Special Design Villas with gardens and pools. Our green-friendly environmental approach has made our company the pioneer of this lifestyle in İzmir, enabling us to become a brand with many different projects. All our architects and engineers focus on the best, not only for aesthetic concerns, but also for the construction of functional and earthquake-resistant buildings. We have taken every precaution for your life safety with our earthquake-resistant and durable buildings in our country, which is located in the earthquake zone. İzmir Turizm İnşaat A.Ş. has been carrying out Commercial and Housing projects in Romania under the name YAPAN Developments since 2000, offering new opportunities to both the needy and the investors. The successful results of Turkish and Romanian cooperation are an indication of the continuity of our Romanian investments.
